AbstractTesting methods forrapeseed quality are introduced in this paper.Meanwhile,based on the current status of rapeseed cultivation in Wangjiang CountyofAnhui Province,high yield cultivationtechniques forrapeseedare analyzedand summarized from the aspects of variety selection,seed treatment,field fertilizer and water management, and diseaseand pest control.Thecore indicatorsof testing of rapeseed seed quality,include moisturedetermination (low-constant temperature drying method,requiring a moisture content ⩽9.0% ),cleanliness analysis (cleanliness≥ 98.0% ),and germination test (calculating germination rate after 7 days of cultivation at 20∘C ),andvarietal purity identification (varietal purity ⩾86% ),which provide technical support for seed quality safety. High yield cultivation techniques include choosing high-resistance varieties with moderategrowth periodsand suitable for mechanical harvesting; preparing the field before sowing and preventingseeds from caying pests and diseases through sun-drying andchemical seed dressing; implementing intertilageand weeding afterseedling establishment and before canopy closure,applyingfertilizersscientifically with particularatention tosulfurfertilizerapplication inthesoil,andcleaning thefurrows betweenplots,furrows acrossplots,and surrounding furrows ofrapesedfields ina timely mannertoachieve irrigation indrought and drainage in waterlogging”;focusing onpreventing sclerotinia stemrot,aphids,andcabbage wormsby comprehensivelyusing agricultural,physical,biological,and chemical controlmethods;andharvesting ina timelymanneraccording to weatherconditions and rapeseed maturity.This paper provides a reference for high yield rapeseed cultivation and seed quality control in similar regions.
