AbstractTo explore a suitable fertilization scheme for potato cultivation,the potato variety Favorita was used as thematerial and designed4 treatments:treatment1(CK) involved basalapplicationof high-concentration potassium sulfate compound fertilizer at 60kg/667m2 ; treatment 2 included basal application of high-concentration potassium sulfate compound fertilizer at 57kg/667m2 ,urea at 3 kg/667 m²,and potassium chloride at 1 kg/667 m2 ,with topdressing of urea at 7.3 kg/667 m² at the seedling stage and urea at 7.3 kg/667 m2 and potassium chloride at (2号 15.2kg/667m2 at the tuber sprouting stage;treatment 3 and treatment 4,which added microbial inoculant at 160 kg/667mandbio-organic fertilizerat107kg/667m,respectively,tothefertilizationregimeof treatment2.The effcts of each treatment on potato plant growth,yield,andquality were analyzed.Theresults showed thatin termsof plantgrowth,plantheightranged from40.9to46.1cmacrosstreatments,withal treatmentsexhibitinggood fieldgrowth and marketable tuber rates ranging from 71.7% to 75.5% . In terms of yield,treatment 2 achieved the highest average yield of 4594.0kg/667m2 ,representing a 25.7% increase compared to CK.Regarding quality,protein content ranged from 1.71 to 2.00g/100g ,iron content from 7.88 to 10.50mg/kg ,potassium content from 3 910 to 4930mg/kg ,and total amino acid content from 1.02 to 1.18g/100g across treatments. Treatment 2 exhibited higher protein, potassium, and totalaminoacidcontents.Inconclusion,itisrecommendedtoadoptthefertilizationplnof treatment2intheresearch areatoachievehighyield and high qualitypotatoproduction.
