China Metallurgy，akey journal inthemetalurgical industry，has experiencedrapid growth inrecent yearsand wasselected asaleading journal underthe second phaseofthe Excellence Action PlanbytheChina AssociationforScience and Technology. Over the past decade，China Metallurgy has undergone remarkable transformations.This paper analyzes the distinctmeasuresadopted by China Metallurgy during its three developmental stages—the dormant period，therapid development period，and thehigh-qualitydevelopmentperiod—toprovide insightsand references forotherscientific journals of a similar nature.
