Abstract：This paper takes Nanjing Iron& Steel as a typical case to studythe transformation and application of intelligent management in molten metal operations.Itanalyzes the major safety risks such as explosion，splashing， and burns in lifting，smelting，and casting processes，and points outthe limitations of traditional experience-based management. By building a new“Industrial Internet + Safety Production” system and integrating IoT，AI，and digital twintechnologies，NISCOrealizes fullifecycleintelligentcontrolofmoltenmetalandsignificantlyimprovessafetyand efficiency.
