Abstract：Basedonalong-term perspective spanning 1O years，this studyanalyzes the financial management education and employmentofcharacteristicuniversitiesinAnhui Province's metallurgicalindustrywith high-qualityinformation disclosure.Throughanin-depthexplorationof graduationcreditratios，cuiculumdesign，andfacultystrength，itreveals unique advantages incombining academicand practicalaspects，aswellas facultyallocation.Meanwhile，anoveral employment rate analysisshows that graduates have good job prospects，butthere are significant structuraldiferences in employment rates and further educationrates.The increase in flexible employment groupsalso warants attention. Specific recommendations include optimizingthe teaching system to beter align with industry needs to enhance employment stability，strengthening support for further education and employment resources to narrow structural gaps， and improving mechanisms for flexible employment protection and entrepreneurship support.
