Abstract：Inorder to increase the highadded valueof enterprise products，enhance the core competitivenessof enterprises，and further met thecost reduction demands of users through improving the dimensionalaccuracyof steel products，new technologies havebeenresearched，developed，andappliedtoimprove theradial dimensionalaccuracy of productsandreduce the amount of turning required bydownstream users during the processing.Research hasbeen conducted on the rolling process design to enhance the radial dimensional accuracy of Φ40 mm bar products， integrating shortstress milsand two-high pre-stress mils，developing and designingkey technologies and techniques suchas prestress rolling technologyand high-precision pass design，and innovative development research hasbeen conductedon pass design，screwdown system preparation，and process operation technology system.Finally，through data statistics and comparative analysis of theapplication efectofhigh-precisionprocessdesign technologyon the barrollng line， thedimensional accuracyof round steel products has reached1/4 DIN.This verifies theapplication productionvalue of high-precisionprocessdesign technology inthebar productionline，which isconducive to improvingthemarketeffectof high-precision dimensional products produced byindustrialized bar rolling lines.
