Abstract：This paper introduces that since the commissoning of Bin Steel's No.1 Blast Furnace，bold explorations have been made in blast furnace operation，and an operation system has been graduallydeveloped，featuring ultrahigh top pressure （ 248±3 kPa），large batch charging with separate loading，large ore angle，large coke angle，large angledifference，burden distributionat the furnace top forming a "platform + funnel" pattern，elimination of central chargingofcleancoke，combined with high oxygenenrichmentrate andlarge pulverized coalinjection（PCI）rate.With this system，the blast furnacecondition has maintained long-term stabilityand smooth operation，achieving the goals of increasing outputandPCIratio，reducing cokeratioand fuel ratio.As a result，the blast furnace has maintained a low fuel ratio for a long time.

镔鑫钢铁1号高炉（以下简称：高炉）设计炉容 1250m3 ，高炉采用矮胖型适宜强化冶炼的操作炉型结构；冷却系统采用软水密闭循环系统，高炉炉腹，炉腰，炉身下部6、7、8、9段采用铜冷却壁强化冷却；炉顶采用串罐无料钟装置，炉顶料罐均压煤气全回收系统，炉前出铁厂房全封闭和出铁罐粉尘除尘系统；热风炉采用自动烧炉和无扰动换炉技术，煤气系统采用重力除尘 + 干法布袋除尘、气体输送布袋灰技术；高炉送风系统选用AV63-15轴流压缩机 +BPRT 透平机，配置脱湿鼓风系统；自动喷煤系统。（剩余3478字）
