Abstract:Theaim of this study is to analyze thecorrelation between the chemical composition and mechanical properties ofC-Mncold heading stel,in order to guide materialdesign and production optimization.Based on 251 sample data,including compositional variables such as nitrogen content,oxygencontent, manganesecarbonratio (Mn/ C),carbonequivalent (Ceq),aswellasperformancevariablessuchashardness,elongation,yield strength,andtensile strength,thePearson correlationcoefficient matrix wascalculatedusing Python programming.Theresultsshowed that carbon content was positively corelated with tensile strength (correlation coefficient 0.38O),carbon equivalent was positivelycorrelated with tensile strength (O.415),while nitrogen content was negatively correlated with elongation (-0.286).Thedatadistributionisdisplayed throughahistogram,andthedistributionof each variablebasicallyconforms to a normal distribution,supporting the reliabilityof correlation analysis.This study provides datasupport for the composition optimizationof C-Mncold heading stel, whichhelps to improve product qualityand production efficiency.

冷镦钢凭借优异的冷成型性能与力学均衡性,成为紧固件、齿轮等关键机械零部件的核心原材料,C-Mn系冷镦钢作为低碳冷镦钢的典型代表,兼具良好的冷镦塑性、加工硬化可控性及成本优势,在汽车用铆钉、螺母、低强度螺钉等紧固件制造中应用广泛,同时也是工程机械齿轮毛坯的重要选材。(剩余5102字)
