Abstract: Inview of the problems of low eficiency of weighing link and excessive manual intervention in the production process of high wire steel,this paper designsandrealizes asetofhigh wire unattendedsystem basedonRFID identification,AIvisualidentificationandPLCcontroltechnology.Throughtheintegrationofmulti-technologies,the system realizes the automatic identification, weighing and scalecalibration of standard volumes and abnormal volumes, which significantly improves the production eficiency and data accuracy.The experimental results show that the identificationaccuracy of the standard volume is99.7 % ,theweighing error rate is less than 0.3‰ ,the false detection rate of the abnormal volume is less than 0.5% ,and the system response time is less than 1 second. Compared with the traditional manual duty mode, the system can reduce the labor cost by 80% ,avoid the production accidents caused by human operation error,and provide technical support for the intelligent transformation of enterprises.
