Abstract：Lean production insteel enterprises isacustomer-centric approach that emphasizes accurate forecasting of production demands and rational planning of various resources.By fostering comprehensive participation and continuous improvement，this methodology fundamentall reduces production costs while ensuring product quality and enhancing productioncapacity.Additionaly，it involvesestablishing and implementing arefined managementsystemthatclarifies departmental responsibilities and workflows，thereby strengthening interdepartmental communicationand collaboration. This integrated strategy accelerates productionresponsivenes，minimizes inventory levelsand energy consumption， reduces environmental impact，and ultimately generates greater economic benefits for enterprises.
