Abstract：With thedevelopmentof industrialautomation，industrial robots arewidelyused in manufacturing.Nanjing Iron & Steel Jinrun Intelligent Manufacturing Plant has extensivelyutilized various types of industrial robots.The increased level ofautomation has also increased the diffculty of equipment fault diagnosis，with fault diagnosis of electrical controlsystems being particularly critical.This paper analyzes commonfaults intheelectrical control systems of industrialrobots，ntroduces traditional，data-riven，andmodel-drivendiagnosticmetods，proposesanitellent diagnostic approach，and finally briefly describes the design process of the fault diagnosis algorithm，providing a reference for improving system reliability.
