Abstract：In 2O24，global economic growth was lackluster，and the international market witnesseda situationof oversupplyinsupplyand adownward trend in prices.Against this backdrop，the productionand operationof Nippon Steel were adverselyafected，itsbusiness performanceremainedamong the topof major steel enterprises globaly. By systematically reviewing Nippon Steel's key initiatives in financial structureoptimization，sales model innovation， technological inovation，intellctual property layout，andglobalizationstrategy，thisarticlerevealsitscore competitiveness thatmaintains its leading position，aiming to provide importantreference forstelenterprises inheir transformation and upgrading amid global competition.
