Abstract： The pellet production line of Zhangxuan Technology Pellet Company provides high - grade pellets with good physicalandchemical propertiesfor thegas-basedshaftfurnace.Among them，compressivestrengthandparticle size are important indicators.The company optimizes and improves the raw material structure，pelletizing process， modificationofthepartitionwallofthecircularcooler，andairutilization，etc.，toensure thatthequalityofhigh-grade pellets meets the requirements of the gas-based shaft furnace.
