Abstract:In the nickel-iron smelting industry,the BlastFurnace Blower-Turbine Unit (BPRT),as the core power equipment,itsoperational stabilitydirectly affects production eficiency and energy consumption.Aiming at the problems of equipment aging and decreased control accuracy caused by long-term service of the 1# blast furnace BPRT unit (AV45 axial flow compressor + turbine) of Guangxi Liugang Zhongjin Stainless Steel Co.,Ltd.,this paper achieves the improvement of unit operation eficiencyand energy consumption optimization through deep maintenance of the mechanical system,upgradingof keycomponents,and innovationof surge control technology.The research results show thatafterthesystematictechnologicaltransformation,theannualcomprehensiveeconomicbenefitoftheunitreaches9.5 334 million yuan,and provides areplicable technical path for theoperation and maintenance of similar equipment.
