实时荧光PCR法检测芝麻酱中的芝麻成分

摘 要:利用实时荧光PCR法检测芝麻酱中的芝麻源性成分,以鉴定预包装产品的真伪。选取3份市售芝麻酱产品,其中1份标示不含芝麻成分,利用荧光定量PCR法进行检测。结果显示该法检测结果与产品标签相符,建立的检测方法可行。

Abstract: A real-time fluorescence PCR method was used to detect sesame-derived ingredients in sesame paste to identify the authenticity of prepackaged products. Three commercially available sesame paste products, one of which was labeled as not containing sesame ingredients, were selected and tested using a fluorescence quantitative PCR method. The results showed that the assay results were consistent with the product labels and the established assay was feasible.
