Abstract: Quality control and standardized management of food microbiological testing is an important means to ensure food safety and safeguard people’s health. This paper introduces the impact of food microorganisms on human health and the purpose and role of food microbiological testing, analyzes the implementation strategy of food microbiological testing quality control and standardized management, and aims to provide the food industry with an effective reference for quality management and standardization strategies.
