利用大数据技术构建食品安全管理体系的研究

摘 要:随着人们生活水平的提高,食品安全问题逐渐成为公众和政府关注的焦点。本文以大数据技术为切入点,阐述了大数据技术在食品安全管理中的作用,分析了大数据背景下食品安全管理存在的问题,从建立食品安全全程监管、风险预警、社会共治3个方面入手,提出加强食品安全管理的具体举措。

Research on Building Food Safety Management System Using Big Data Technology

Abstract: With the improvement of people’s living standards, food safety has gradually become the focus of public and government attention. This paper takes big data technology as an entry point, describes the role of big data technology in food safety management, analyzes the problems of food safety management in the context of big data, and puts forward specific initiatives to strengthen food safety management, starting from the establishment of three systems such as whole process supervision of food safety, risk early warning, and social co-governance.

近年来,我国暴露出许多食品安全问题,如“地沟油”“毒豇豆”“漂白蘑菇”等[1],说明我国食品安全监管还存在诸多不足,传统的管理模式已经无法满足食品安全监管的需求,急需借助先进的信息技术破解当前食品安全监管困局,构建全新的食品安全管理体系。(剩余4272字)
