摘 要:化学农药是造成食品污染和残留的主要原因之一,对人体生命和健康的威胁极大。本文概述了食品中的化学农药污染与残留问题,提出了食品中化学农药污染与残留的相关防治对策,旨在减少食品中化学农药污染和残留问题的发生,提高人们的生活质量和健康水平。

Abstract: Chemical pesticides are one of the main causes of food pollution and residues, posing a great threat to human life and health. This paper summarized the problem of chemical pesticide pollution and residue in food, , and put forward the relevant prevention and control countermeasures, aiming to reduce the occurrence of chemical pesticide pollution and residues in food, improve the quality of life and health level of the people.
