20网络直播食品的安全问题、监管难点及对策研究

摘 要：宅经济下的直播带货成为网络新经济业态。目前，我国对网络直播食品的监督管理存在较多缺陷，主要表现为对直播平台的监督力度不够、相应的法规体系不够完善。立法部门、直播平台、监管部门、经营者和消费者等多个社会主体要齐心协力，共同应对。本文可为网络直播食品的监管工作提供一定的理论参考。

Abstract： Under the homestead economy， webcast sales have become a new form of online economy. At present， there are many defects in the supervision and management of online live broadcast food in China， the main manifestation is that the supervision of live broadcasting platforms is not enough and the corresponding legal system is not perfect. Legislative departments， live broadcasting platforms， regulatory authorities， operators and consumers and other social entities should make concerted efforts to respond. This paper can provide some theoretical reference for the supervision work of network live broadcast food.
