Abstract:AnchoredtoteO35talentrevitalizatiogoal,tedevelopmenttrajectoryofrmersvcatioaleducationwasdividedito threephases:history(1949-2020),present(2021-2025),andfuture(2026-2035).Basedonthe"demand-target-tol"analtical framework,theistoricaldevelopmentprocessofvocationaleducationforfarmersiChina,itsexistingshortcomingsandgaps,cur rentsupportingpoliciesandimplementationisses,aswellasfuturedevelopmenttrendsandurgentneedsweresystematicallreviewed.Somesuggestionsofenhancingsupportforagriculture-relatedvocationaleducationandtraiingacross theentireidustrial chain,continuouslyoingthalocatioofvocatioaleducatioesourcsinothspatialandtagetdimesios,stablsingad improvingacollaborativemechanismforvocationaltrainingprogramsfeaturing"top-levelcordinationandtieredimplementation", andestablishingandimprovingapeformanceevaluationsystemforagriculture-elatedvocationaleducationfundingthatcoveredthe retical,practical,and applied dimensions were put forward.
