Abstract:ToevaluatethebiocontroleficacyofBacillusatrophusstrainBS17andBacilusvelezensisstrainBS22againsttobac bacterial wiltanddeterminetheptimalapplicationtiming,LIVE/DEADfluorescence stainingandscanngelectronmicroscopywere employedtooservetheinbitoryfectsofthsetwostrainsonRalstoniasolanacearum(thecausalagentofbacteralwilt)andanlyzetheirinibitorymehansms.Aditioall,otexperimentsereconuctedwithbacterialsuspesiosappledattr ygrowth stages:Sowingstage,seedlingemergencestage,andtransplantingstage.Theresultsdemonstratedthatbothstrainsprimarilyinhbit Ralstoniasolanacearumbydisruptingtheintegrityofthebacterialcellmembrane.TheBS22strainehitedsuperiorcontroleicacy when applied at the sowing stage ( 98.23% ),significantly higher than that of BS17( 79.64% , P <0.001).When applied at the seedling emergence stage,nosignificantdiference incontroleficacywasobservedbetween thetwostrains(BS17:88.49%,BS22:85.84 % ) However,when appliedatthe transplanting stage,both strains exhibited significantlyreduced control eficacy(BS17: 3.54% ,BS22: 48.67% ).TheBS22straindemonstratedsuperiorbiocontroleficacyagainsttobacobacterialiltcomparedtotheB17stranparticularly when applied at the sowing stage.
