Spatialand temporal distribution characteristics of surface water body variation in Ningxia from 1990 to 2020

Abstract：InordertounderstandthespatialdistributioncharacteristicsofsurfacewaterresouresinNingxiaandprovidereferencefor therationalutilizationofwaterresources intheregion，basedontheJointResearch Centre（JRC）globalsurface waterdataset，statisticalnalysis，Mann-Kendallmethod，waveletanalysisandothermethodswereusedtostudythevariationcharacteristics，utation characteriticsandoscilationperiodofsurfacewaterinNingxiafrom1990to2019andthespatialevolutioncharacteristicsofwater densityintheregionfrom19Oto2O2Owerealsoanalyzed.TheresultsshowedthatthesurfacewaterareainNingxiaincreased by （2号 141.28km2 from 1990 to 2019，with an increase of 188.3% ，and the number of water bodies increased by1 861，with an increase of 42.0% .Thetotalareaandnumberofwaterbodiesshowedadecreasing trendfrom1990to199，theareaofwaterbodies increasedsignificantlyafter26，theumberofwaterbodiesincreasedsignificantlyfter2O16，andtheumberofwaterbodiesincreasedabruptly in2014.Thetotalareandtotalnumberofwaterbodiesmainlyhadthefistoscilationmainperiodof22yearsandthesecondosilationmainperidof3Oyears.Fromtheperspectiveofspatialdensityofwaterbodies，thefstestgrowingareaofwaterbodiesinNingxia wasalongtheYelowRiver，thelargestareaofdensityincreasewastheYinbeiPlainIrgationDistrict，ndthedensityofwaterodiesin the central and southern regionshad expanded in space.
