Anti-inflammatory activity of different polar fractions from Jasminum nervosum Lour

Abstract：Modelsofxylene-nducedearedema，carageenan-inducedpawedema，andcotonpellt-inducedgranulomainmice wereestablshedtoinvestigateteectsofpetroleumetherethylacetate，-butanolandaqueousfractionsofJasminumnero umonacuteandchronicinflammationSerumlevelsof inflammatoryfactorsweremeasured，andhistopathologicalchangeswereobserved.AcutetoxicitytestsidicatedtatheetolextractofJasminumnersumeibiednosiificantoxicity.nantfltoryassys，comparedwiththemodelgroup，thedexamethasonegroupandthehigh-dosegroupsofthepetroleumetherandethylacetate fractions significantly inhibited mouse ear edema （ P<0.01 ），and the low-dose ethyl acetate fraction group also showed significant inhibition （ P <0.05）.In the paw edema model，the high-and medium-dose ethylacetate fraction groups significantly suppressed edema（ P <0.01，P<0.O5）.Inthegranuloma model，thehighdoseethylacetatefractiongroupsignificantlyreducedgranulationtissuehyperplasia （ P<0.01 ）.Additionally，alldose groups ofthe ethylacetate fraction significantlylowered serum levels of NO，iNOS，IL-6， IL- 1β ，and COX-2（ P<0.01 ），and the high-dose group alleviated inflammatory cell infiltration in paw tissue.Different polar fractionsofJasminmnerosumhibiedantiflammatoryefets，ithteetylacetatefractioemonstratigteostsiiicaiibitionofbothacuteandchronicinflammationItsmechanismaslikelyrelatedtotheregulationof inflammatoryfactorssuchasNO， iNOS，IL-6，IL- 1β ，and COX-2.
