Abstract:TakingthleavesofCorydalissaxicolaastheresearchobject,thewaxymetabolitesofCorydalissaxicolawereanalyzdand identifiedbygaschromatographasspectrogaphy(GC-S).Theresultsshowedthat tereweresignificantdiferencesintecompostionofwaxymetaboitesofCorydalissaxicolainteiveproducingars.Atotalofseveralkeydierentialmetabolitesreidntified,including long-chain alkanes(such as n- 29- alkane and n- 54 -alkane),ketones,sterols(such as γ -oryzanol),and alkaloids (suchastetrahydroberberine).Pathwayenichmentanalysisrevealedthatthediferentialmetabolitesweresignificantlyenrichedin metabolicpathwayssuchas"soquinolinealkaloidbiosynthesis"and"biosynthesisofvarioussecondarymetabolites".Inditiobi activedefensivecompoundssuchaspodophylotoxinwerealsofoundintheaxTheresultsprovidedasientificbasisforqualityevaluationand related product development of Corydalis saxicola.
