Abstract:ToelucidatethemolecularresponsemechanismofAmorphophallus honjacunderhigh-temperaturestress,basedonthe whole-genomedataofAmorphophalus konjac,theheatshock transeriptionfactor(HSF)genefamilymembers weresystematicaly identifiedusingbiiformaticsmethds,andtheiryicochemicalproperties,evolutionaryrelationships,conservedmotifs,andpro teininteractionnetworkswereanalyzed.Theresultsshowedthatatotalof8AkHSFgenefamilymemberswereidentifiedinheAmorphophallu konjac genome,whichwereunevenlydistributedon8chromosomes.Byconstructingaphylogenetictree,theHSFmembers ofAmorphophalusonjacandArabidopsisthlianawerecoclasifiedintofivesubgroups,revealingtheevolutionaryconseaionof thegenefamily.Theanalysisofconservedmotifsandgenestructuresindicatedthatmembers withinthesamesubgroupsharedsimilar motifcompositios,uggestingfunctionalsilarity,whilediffrencsexistedamongdiferntsubgrops,iplyingfunctioaldie gence.Protein interaction predictionrevealedsix interactionrelationshipsamong seven AkHSF members.TheAkHSFgenefamily members exhibited both conservation and adaptive evolution intheir functions related to heat stress response.
