Abstract:Asahub courseforgrapeandwineengineering,grapevariety science currentlyfacesproblemssuch as insuffcientcompatibilitybetweecoursegoalsandindustryneeds,lagingupdatingofteachingcontent,singleteachingmethods, weaksystematicpracticalteaching,andimperfectevaluationmechanism.Basedontheconceptofresults-orientededucation (OBE),thispapercariesoutsystematicteachingreform:itbuildsathree-dimensionalintegratedcuriculumgoalsystemof" knowledge-ability-literacy",optimizesthecoursecontentstructureandstrengthenstask-drivenandproject-baseddesign,and inovativelyfosa"theoreticalfoundationsiuationaldrivepracticalaication"teachingmodel,integatestheexprtal systemof"personification + task",and builds a multi-dimensional evaluation mechanism that combines formativeand conclusive aspectscoveringtheentireprocessTheresearchresultsshowthatthereformplanhasefectivelyimprovedstudents'independent learningability,practicalapplicationabilityandinnovativethinkinglevel,significantlyenhancedclassroompartipationand learning efectiveness,ndculivatedhighqualityappicationtalentsthatmetteneedsofindustrialevelopmentforgrapeand wine engineering majors.Provide a teaching paradigm that can be used for reference.
