Abstract：Asahub courseforgrapeandwineengineering，grapevariety science currentlyfacesproblemssuch as insuffcientcompatibilitybetweecoursegoalsandindustryneeds，lagingupdatingofteachingcontent，singleteachingmethods， weaksystematicpracticalteaching，andimperfectevaluationmechanism.Basedontheconceptofresults-orientededucation （OBE），thispapercariesoutsystematicteachingreform：itbuildsathree-dimensionalintegratedcuriculumgoalsystemof" knowledge-ability-literacy"，optimizesthecoursecontentstructureandstrengthenstask-drivenandproject-baseddesign，and inovativelyfosa"theoreticalfoundationsiuationaldrivepracticalaication"teachingmodel，integatestheexprtal systemof"personification + task"，and builds a multi-dimensional evaluation mechanism that combines formativeand conclusive aspectscoveringtheentireprocessTheresearchresultsshowthatthereformplanhasefectivelyimprovedstudents'independent learningability，practicalapplicationabilityandinnovativethinkinglevel，significantlyenhancedclassroompartipationand learning efectiveness，ndculivatedhighqualityappicationtalentsthatmetteneedsofindustrialevelopmentforgrapeand wine engineering majors.Provide a teaching paradigm that can be used for reference.
