Abstract:Guangxi，asamulti-ethniccommunity，hasformedauniqueculturesystemoffarmingandreadingwith the characteristicsofBaguiinthelongtemhistoricaldevelopment.BasedonMarxistclassicaltheory，thispaperanalyzesitsvalue inthenewerafromthecoreconceptofplowingandreadingculture.Thecharacteristicsofthelocalcultureoffarmingand readinginGuangxiaresortedoutfromthethreedimensionsofnationality，languageareaandregion，andthethoughtof educatingpeopleinlinewiththerequirementsoftheneweraisrefined.Andexplorethecreativetransformationandinovative developmentofthepracticalpath,inordertoprovideculturalsupportforGuangxiruralrevitalization,strongculturalareasnd the construction of education system.
