Abstract：Asadistinctiveeconomicformthatdeeplyalignswiththeresourceendowmentsofruralareas，thecourtyard economycanefectivelyconsolidatetheruralindustrialfoundation，reshapetheruralgovernancestructure，andstimulatethe vitlityofuralactors.Issignificantroleinadvancingruralrevitalizationhasincreasinglyreceivedtherecognitionandempasis fromthstate.InresponsetothenationalpolicyinitiativesSianVilageinGongcheng，Guilin，hasbeenactivelyexploring pathwaysfordevelopingcourtyardeconomy.Ithasestablishedacomprehensivemodelthatintegratesspecializedplantingand breeding，leisuretourism，ndproduction-livingservices.However，thedevelopmentofcourtyardeconomyinthevilgestillfaces practicalchalengesincludinghomogeneouscompetition，alackofpolicycoordination，andlimitedcapabiliesofbusiness operators，whichtosomeextentrestrictthefectivenessofcourtyardeconomyinempoweringruralrevitalization.Toaddressthese issues，cordinatedefortsarerequiredacross threeareas：optimizingindustrialmechanisms，improvingthepolicysystem，and strengtheningthetalentpol.Suchmeasureswillhelpfullunleashthepotentialofthecourtyardeconomyandinjectsustained momentum into rural revitalization.
