Abstract:HunanboastsabundantRedCultureresources，whichplayaninvaluableandirreplaceableroleinrural revitalization.Fromtheperspectiveofvalueimplication,HuxiangRedCultureprovidesaspiritualanchorcenteredonstriving, responsibilitypeople-centerednessandfaithfortheconstructionofruralculture;itservesasaspiritualbondformpoweringthe modernizationofruralgovernance;anditalsoactsasasourceofvitalityforpromotingtheupgradeofruralculturalandtourism industriesbyprovidingresources，impetusandbusinessformatinnovation.Intermsofpracticalpathsefortscanbemadeto reshapeRedmemoriesthroughdigitaltechnologytorevitalizeRedCultureresources；extendtheindustrialchainviathe"Red Plus"modeltoboostthevitalityoftheruraleconomy；andintegrateRedCultureintoruralgovernance,empoweringgoverance practices with the Red spirit to enhance the effectiveness of rural governance.
