新时代高职学生价值观引领与职业精神培育的耦合机制研究

——以职业院校涉农专业耕读教育模式的实践研究为例

Abstract：Highervocationaleducationinthenewerashoulderstheimportantmisionofcultivating high-qualitytechnical andskiledtalents，andfacesthedualtasksofguidingvaluesandcultivatingprofessonalspirit.Withthein-depthadvancement ofcomprehensiveruralrevitalization，thecultivationofagriculture-relatedprofesionalshasbecomeevenmoreurgentand important.Thisstudytakesthepracticeofthefarmingandreadingeducationmodelofagriculture-relatedmajorsinvocational colegesasanexampletoexplorethecouplingmechanismbetweevalueguidanceandprofesionalspiritcultivation，aimingto provideteoreticalsupportandpracticalreferenceforimproving thequalityoftalenttraininginagriculture-relatedmajors.
