Abstract：Promoting thecommonprosperityoffarmersandruralareasisanimportantfeatureof China'smodernization.As awesternethnicareawith"fourregionsoverlapped"，Guangxiisfacedwithproblemssuchasstructuralimbalanceinthesupply offinancialservices.Basedontheperspectiveofsupplysidestructuralreform，thispaperbuildsatheoreticalanalysisframework fordigitalinclusivefinancetopromotecommonprosperityofagricultureandruralareasinGuangxi.Researchfoundthatdigital inclusivefinanceplaysarolethroughthreemajorpaths：optimizingfinancialsupplycapabilties，improvingfinancialsupply structure，andoptimizingthefinancialsuplyenvironment.However，itsillfacesdificultiessuchaslagingdigital transformationinsuffcientesourcealocationproducthomogeneityandlowadaptabilityoftheceditrepotingsystemBasedo this，thispaper puts forward countermeasuresandsuggestionssuchasimprovingsupplycapacity，optimizing supplystructure， improving supply environment and giving full play to location advantages.
