Abstract：ThevalueguidanceofXiJinping ThoughtonCultureinadvancingcultural-ethicalprogressinruralareas providesaninnovativemodelforruralgovernanceandtheconstructionofcivilizedruralcustoms，anddemonstratesthevitalityof cultureinempoweringruraldevelopment.Fromtheperspectiveoftheoreticalorigin，the"people-centered"valuestanceisthe corethreadruningthroughit.ThispositionhasbeenvividlyinterpretedthroughtheartisticpresentationofZhiYueyingareal character，inthetea-pickingopera "Moon Shines MountainCountry"，andhasbecomeasolidfoundationforadvancingculturalethicalprogressinruralareas.Fromtheperspectiveofthevalueofthetimes，PresidentXiJinping ThoughtonCultural emphasizes that"socialistcultureisthepeople'sculture"，requiring culturalcreation totakerotandservethepeople."Mon ShinesMountainCountry”isapracticalmodelofthistheory.Throughartisticform，theplaytransformsXiJinpingThoughton Culturentospiritualfoodthatfarmersliketosee.Itnotonlyconsolidatestheideologicalandculturalpositioninruralareas， butalsousesinstitutionalinnovationtosolvetheproblemofunbalancdculturaldevelopment，formingalong-termmechanism foreducatingpeopleandcultivatingcustoms.Itprovidesatea-pickingoperamodeland"culturalcommisionerexperience"for therealizationofruralcultural-ethicalprogressinthenewera，demonstratingthesupportingroleofculturalconfidenceinthe strategy of promoting rural cultural-ethical progress.
