机械类专业校企协同模式的培养路径探索

摘 要 为响应产业发展及结构调整需求，高校作为高素质人才培养基地而创新人才培养模式。本文分析了实践教学体系现状，探索了校企协同模式，提出并阐述了四条培养路径，包括1+X证书制度实施、引入企业经验人员、开展企業培训实习、学校与企业互动，以实现高校应用型人才培养目标。

Abstract In response to the needs of industrial development and structural adjustment， colleges and universities， as high-quality talent training bases， innovate talent training mode. This paper analyzes the current situation of practice teaching system， explores the school enterprise cooperation mode， and puts forward and expounds four training paths， including the implementation of 1 + X certificate system， the introduction of enterprise experience personnel， the development of enterprise training practice， and the interaction between school and enterprise， so as to realize the training goal of application-oriented talents in colleges and universities.
