基于综合素质和人才需求的研究生培养模式研究

――以矿山机械专业为例

摘 要 结合国家人才培养要求和行业人才需求，提出了现有研究生培养模式的三大不足。以培养具有综合素质的复合型人才为目标，改革课程体系、实践体系、教学手段三方面，构建矿山机械专业研究生创新人才培养新模式。

Abstract Combined with the national talent training requirements and industry talent demand， this paper puts forward three shortcomings of the existing postgraduate training mode. In order to cultivate compound talents with comprehensive quality as the goal， reform the curriculum system， practice system and teaching means to build a new mode of innovative talents training for graduate students of mining machinery major.
