高职院校教科研管理机制和评价机制改革

摘 要 教师教科研能力是教师个人能力的重要展示，也是高职院校可持续发展的一项重要因素。本文阐述了高职院校教科研管理机制和评价机制的现状，并对现状进行深层次的剖析，针对评价行政化严重、教科研活动缺少教师参与、经费不足等问题，提出相应的改革措施，为高职院校教科研管理提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract Teachers' teaching and scientific research ability is not only an important display of teachers' personal ability， but also an important factor in the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges. This paper expounds the current situation of teaching and scientific research management mechanism and evaluation mechanism in higher vocational colleges， and analyzes the current situation deeply. Aiming at the problems of serious administrative evaluation， lack of teachers' participation in teaching and scientific research activities， and insufficient funds， the paper puts forward corresponding reform measures， so as to provide reference for teaching， scientific research management in higher vocational colleges.
