AbstractObetiexploetfforusititsialckfrcuredalfueealate andrecoveryeectofatitsetdsrollngatitsitoralfrcuesreadatengfeCountle'sospialoJue 2021 to December 2023，the study employed arandom number table to evenly alocate them intoa control group （ n= 31） and an observation group （n= 31）withthecesinladiseooosdi termsfthetaau）erioe）tsiaatoiati timefracturealidisctiosulfalaeowiooscio theobservationgroupwassuperiortothecontrolgroup，hichshowedlowerSASandSDScores，higherFMASlowerlimbscoreoter hospitalization time，starting weight-bearing time and fracture healing time，and higher nursing satisfaction （ P< 0.05）.Conclusion Comfortable nursing hasagdimproveentectoteentalstateofpatientsitfeoraleckfracturehicanromotetecoeryoflowerbfuction accelerate fracture healing，and patients'clinical satisfaction is high.
