Effect of Continuous Midwifery Accompaniment Throughout Delivery on Mental State andPostpartumHemorrhage in Pregnant Women

Abstract：ObetieTdytectoftiuousidyaompantougotelieyoentalstatusdostpartuogen pregnantwomenMetdsAtotalof6pregantodmittthDeparentofObstersdGecolofJisuCountyeolesspial fromMay2O21toDecemberO23wereselectedastheresearchojects.Theyweredvidedintocontrolgroupandstudygroupbyadoumber tablemethod，with1pregantwoeninachgroup.Theontrolgoupasivenrotinedeliveryursinghilethesudgrousiven contiuousmidwifeyoanttououtliveyotsisfotroloulieyiatio，ageofborfistaoflabo secondstageofdoateioeoa groups.Results The total natural delivery rate and totalsatisfactionof thestudy group wereall 96.77 % ，which were higher than 74.19% and 77.42% （2 of the control group，respectively P<0.05） ，and the total bleeding rate of the study group was 3.23% ，which was lower than 19.35% of the control group （ P< 0.05）.Thefistageofabotesecodsageofboandthetidagfabrinesudyoupereshorerthanoseinthotroloup （ P< 0.05）.TheSASsondoreofetwogroueusingerelowrtanthoeeforesingdeereseofteoeoin the study group wasgreater than that in the control group（ P <0.05）.Conclusion Continuous midwifery accompaniment throughout delivery can improvethatualeliveyatedsinatisactioofegatoenprotraatehoetageoflboducete amount of hemorrhage，which is worthy of clinical application.
