Clinical Effect of Cryotherapy Combined with Recombinant Human Interferon αα2b Gel on Chronic Cervicitis Complicated with HPV Infection and its Effect on Immune Function

Abstract：ObjectiveToexploretheclinicaleectofrecombnanthumaninteferon2bel+yotherapyintetreatmentofocii complicatedianpioais（nditstoeucetsotalf6paisitocisld withHPVinfectiondmitedtoGao'anRuizouHspitalfromNovember1toOtober24weredividedintocontrolgoup（1patints）and studygroup（31patients）asedohdoumberbletodeontrolouceivedoeapndtesudoupstatedit recombinanteaalaiaelitiod time，urinatiooverialeiocoyie）gsoftoryctosactieteiein -6 ，tumor necrosis factor -α ），immune function indexes（mature Tlymphocyte CD 3+ ，helper Tcell CD 4+ ，cytotoxic Tcell CD8 ⋅+ ，CD4+/CD8+）were compared betweenthetwogroups.ResultsComparedwiththecontrolgroup，thetotaleffctiverateof thestudygroupwashigher（ P<0.05） .Compared with the time of clinical symptom messages in the control group，the time of the study group was shorter（ P<0.05） .Compared with the control group，the levels of inflammatory factors in the study group were lower P<0.05 ）.Compared with thecontrol group，the immune function of the study group was higher （ P <0.05）.Conclusion Forpatientswith chroniccervicitisand HPV infection，recombinant human interferonα2b gel + cryotherapyhasadefinite clinicaleecetefaloof response.It is worthy of clinical application.
