Abstract：ObeiTestigatehlatiostwnictiodslarellioleuleCeel patientswithvascularitematerlesios（VWL）andtofurtherexplorethevalueofVCA-1inpredictingVWMLwithcogitivent Methodstotalof226patientsitWoeredmitedtothDeparetofeurolouzouHspialofAiMedicalUiro October2022toOctoberO24wereincludedastheVWMLgroupand1Ohealthysubjectswiththesameageandgenderwereselectedasthe controlgroup.TepatientsintheVWMLgouperedividedintoteVWMLwithcogitiveimpaimentgroup（CG）andtheVWMLwioutgitie impaienttlit（ltflde ofVCAM-wasteedlnkeduosorbessAscoofitogitiepaitdeeio betwnVCA-eveldogitiveipaintinVWatintseaalydeeceiveeratingacteistc（OC）ureasusedto analyzethevalueoferumVCAM-1inpredictingVWMLwitcogitiveimpaimentResultsTelevelofVCAM-intheVWMLgoupasgher thanthatinthecontrolgroup，andtherewasahigherproportionofhypertension，diabetesmelitusandbloodlipidlevels（ P<0.05 ）.Thelevel of VCAM-iVWwititieiptosgheratatioogiieiptgoupndtroportioofali andblodlipideveeregr（P5）.peaankoelaioalsssoatsVCAvelinVWpatnssosiively correlated with Fazekas score（r=O.834，P
