Effectof Rivastigmine Hydrogen Tartrate Combined with Memantine Hydrochloride onCognitiveFunctioninElderlyPatientswithBrain Organic Mental Disorder

Abstract：OjectiTovestigatettofmantinerochloidoinedwithivastigmehrogentartrateinthtreafain organicmentalsodesdistoitiuctioMetdsSitelatitsitocainsoetreatedzitrict People'sHospitalfromJune2023toDecember224，wereenroledandequalldividedintocontrolgroupandstudygoup（n=3Opegoup） basedonarandomnumbertable.Thecontrolgroupwastreatedwithmemantinehydrochlorideoralyandthestudygroupwastreatedwith riatiirali reactionswerecomparedbetweentetwogroups.ResultsComparedwiththcontrolgroup，thestudygoupexhibitedasignificantlyhigtotal effective rate （ P< 0.05）.Comparedwithefore treatment，theMSEscoresandMCAscoresofothgroupsincreasedfterreatment，ndthesoresof thestudygroupwerehigher thanthoseofthecontrolgroup（PO.05）.Comparedwithbeforetreatment，thelevelsofSODandGSH- ⋅Px in both groups increasedafterreaentileAlevelscreased;oreoveompaedwittotrolou，tdyopodigherOndG ⋅Px levelsandlowerMDAlevels（P05）.Alowerincidenceofdversereactiosasbservedinthestudygroucomparedtotecotrolgoup P< 0.05）.Cncuatlttsialstdatfsi andeantiaacieeli incidence of adverse reactions is low，which has high clinical application value.
