Abstract：ObectiveTexploethifueingfactorsdpredictoodlstructiofsseosiscodaryteritetse clinicaldataofatitsirideepgetralspialfbtly 2024wererospeieladlltpdloutialddeds whethertissudtdtasetf analyzedLeee nomogramwasconstructedbasednRlanguage，andtheROCcurve，calibrationcurveandclinicaldeisioncurveweredraw.ResultsThe incidence of tissue necrosis was 45.68 % （37/81）inpatients bitenby viper.There weresignificant differences inage，heartrate，season，white blood cells，neutrophils，lymphocytes，ALT，AST，hospitalizationtimeand SSSbetween thetwogroups（ P <0.05）.The independentvariables screened by LASOregresioreutroileartateSdospitalatioi.FurthrLgisticesionalysisassedteat neutrophils，atatedSedepdetsctofotisieiUfoleartate，d ROCcurvefordictingtseosse8966.94nd9espeielycusoeutroleartatede indepeentisctofoieitsodelingsiftigdlialaptabilityeobdetiooft good predictive value for tissue necrosis in patients with viper bites.
