Abstract:OectieTploeheargedularhasofprocdinBB)ineamentfoliciveae)d toprovidetoetlsifocalteetiofDetosLodelfcestablisdtragsrcdstof (204 40% alcoholsolutio(kgd.lrolou(o)olodlgouou)oitieoloo) highdosePB2goup(PBgroup)andlowdosePB2goup(BLgoup)weresetup,with6miceineachgroup.lanineaminotransferase(A), aspartatetransferSrdG)ttalseabolieadkesinaed technologywasusedforplasmametaboloicsaalysis,ndKGGerichmentaalysisasusedtosrenthekeymetabolicpathayofB2 intervention.ResultsThedatashowedthatPB2couldsignificantlyreducethelevelsofALT,ASTandTGinALDmodelmice( P<0.05 ).Atthesame time,the markers related to alcohol metabolism were improved,thereby increasing the NAD +/ NADHratio.Metabolomicsanalysis showedthatPB2 couldimprovetheidmetabolsmsodercausedbDyegulatingmetabolicpathassuchasaohsdsterodooeiost ConclusionPB2cansignificantlyrducethelevelofiverenzyesinALDmice,mprovealcoolmetabolismmarkersndegulaterelated metabolicpathatpovidealsiualostteiDrovfa and development.
