Abstract：ObetieTdtparatieestigatioftdgouaracteistisfanndcosishe toprovideasietifsisforasfusioendrasfusioatesogdierenticopsMetdsTtallyolodplef Hanpeoplefromtheeople'sHospitalfLshanCentralDistrictandoboodsamplesofYethicpeoplefrothePeople'sHospitalofbianYi AutonomousouteeseleefoteetiofD，CcEndisinelogop，ndetetiosulflo groupantigenswerecomparedandanalyzedResultsThefrequencisofRhlodgroupantigensinothHanadYethicgoupsereDeCc> E.Among them，the frequency of D antigen in the Han ethnic group 99.40% ）was lower than that in the Yi ethnic group（ 100.00% ），and the frequency of e antigen in the Han ethnic group （96.50 % ）washigher than thatintheYi ethnic group （93.10% ），with statistically significant differences （ P< 0.05）.ElevenRhloodgroupphenotypeseredetectedintheHanethnicgoupandsevenRlodgrouphenotypseredetectedieYi ethnicgroup.ThetoostfrequentpenotyesinothteHandYeticgrousereCCDeeandDEe.Thereasastatistcallsiiicant difference in the distribution of Rh blood group phenotypes between the Han and Yi ethnic groups（ P<0.05） . Among them，the frequency of the Rh blood group phenotype ccDEE in the Han ethnic group（ 3.40% ）waslowerthan thatintheYi ethnicgroup（ 6.50% ），withastatisticallysignificant diferenceosioehctestsfigesDCEnineogopoftadous Leshanregionaresimilar.ThRhblodgroupphenotypesofteHanethicgrouparemorediversethanthoseoftheYiethnicgroup.Thismeas thatthereisisfRhantigenmismatchothiinteetcgoupndetweedifereteicgrousuringblodtrassiond precision transfusion is more conducive to transfusion safety.
