Analysis on the Aggregation Degree and Total Prediction of Health Human Resource Alocation in Guizhou Province

Abstract：ObectieoaleteityofealhaesouceloatioiuzouProvicedprectiseventtrdsoidng desionmakingreferecfotiingresoucealocatioMetdseuityofalthsouealatioromogapicdac dimensionsduring43asevaluatedusingtheealthesoueaglomeratioegeeAGasplodtopdictevelotres from2024to30.ResultsFrom2014toO23，thetotalhalthumanresourcesinGuizouProvinceshowedcontiuousualgrowthwith registereduegstealohtHowetmbofsdantsoaadelow thenationalaeragelsouceloatogalevealedeenioalbtiofalthnsoost province，itcoiesperiegiantlsutaltsosG（delpdedate annualgrowthatesofalthtchciansracticing（asistantpysiciansgisteredusesandparacistsinO4willbe7.94 % ，8.63 % ， （20 9.26% and 6.69% ，respectivelyConclusionTheegionalalocationofhalthhumanresourcesinGuizhouProvinceisunbalanced.Itisncearyto increasetheestntiningdlyapaitfealasouctieoutofapcaldmoacto and mprove theguaranteemchanismofpimaryedicalstaf，sostopromotethesustainabledevelopmentofhalthumansoues.
