Abstract：ObjeieTdypactofallaatioloediogaleatedcalpe MethodsFroFebary2tFebary6Oprurintsdetductioofborinouospitaleseleedsa objects.Theydtooetioalo3tsieinfoductiobdexptalots givenoxytocinoinedwitcaldilatatiolfoductioofaboydoumbeableedetsfductiofbo cervicaripenggialieyateductioofboidatealndfatdersoooaedetwnou Results The experimental group achieved a higher total effective rate of labor induction （95.38 % ） than the conventional group （81.54 % ）（ P< 0.05）.In terfllold group had the higher scores than those of the conventional group（ P<0.05 ）.The vaginal delivery rateof theexperimental group （97.69 % ） washigher than that of the conventional group（87.69 % ），and the induction of labor time was shorter than that of the conventional group（ P <0.05）.The experimental group demonstrated alower incidence of maternal and infant adverse outcomes （ 3.08% ） than the conventional group （8.46 % ） （P<0.05）. ConclusionCealatatiolobdwitinisaltocaliductfboicapoal ripening，prevent postpartum hemorrhageand improve therateof vaginal delivery.Ithasagoodapplicationeffect.
