Abstract：ObjectiveToexplorethemechanismofWenyangHuayindecoctioonantimyocardialfibrosisinchronicheartfalurebyetwork pharmacologyandmoleculardocking.MethodsBasedontheHERBdatabase，escrenedthecomponntsandtherapeuticargetsofWeyang HuayiecoctigLisi'eldstreialsotigelevasodire （CHF）andmyocaalsis（reeingGeardseaKB，ndanab diagrawasosucdtdentifteseingsepotaddseaselaedApotepoteac networkwassubseqentlystablishedusingteGtabaseandoretargetsereidentifedtoughtopologicalaalysisviateCCA plugininya（esioedgssoptetoksucteddicallaldin CytoscapesofaeucidatetoloicalfuctiosdsialingasfteoagetsGnetolo（GOuctioalod KyotoEncyclopediaofGenesndGenomes（KEGG）pathwayerchentaalyseswerepefoedsingtheDAVatabase.Finalyoleular dockingsimuatioeeoucteingutoDkVandhingsulsealditfareesultsAotalof7ctie ingredients3esdsdteigdorosofei quercetin，olitbyaoleateo analysissldiaosiollelo andbindingfetaloesjoeacidroerossoelat signalingathdeloait goodbindingefectswiththecoretargetproteins.ConclusionThemechanismofanti-CHFandanti-MFofWenyangHuayindecoctionmaybe relatedtoectieootsctooesfCdulateltida roleininhibiting inflammation，egulatingenergy metabolism，inhibitingapoptosis，andresistingmyocardialfibrosis.
