AbstractObectieTvestigateecalacfieentfreqecepetirasanalagetictulatioodwialp acupuncturintetreamntofostroecoitieimpetditsectoogitivefuctiofatintsMetdsotalofatints diagnosedwihtoeogiiepaintdmiedtstle'sitalofsetwnSpterdeptee randomlyasignedtoacontrolgroupandastudygroup，eachcomprising3OindividualsBothgroupsreceivedscalpacupuncturetherapy Adionlytolodsdfreetilgeiiilodt 1OHhighfrecyitietaaalageticstulatioelincalomsuroloicalfuctiooifuctiocdin visuospatieacdallod ResultsThestudygroupexhibitedasignificantlyhigheroveralleficacyratecomparedtothecontrol group（ P <0.05）．After treatment，the neurological function score in the study group was lower than that in the control group（ P<0.05） ;the cognitive function scores in the control group were lower than those in the study group（ P <0.05）.Conclusion High-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with scalp acupunctureistietreamntfootokeipetichnpoerolcalfctiodiiuciof patients，and is worthy of clinical application.

脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者于临床中一般会通过西医方法进行治疗，可以将患者的脑细胞代谢情况逐渐改善，但实际治疗中，临床疗效不确切，而且通过口服药物治疗，会产生较多的不良反应，患者的耐受性会受到影响[。（剩余5959字）
