胎膜早破（prematureruptureofmembrane）是指妊娠晚期女性在临产前胎膜发生自然破裂，其在围生期有着较高发生风险，易引起早产、围产儿死亡、宫内感染、产褥感染等不良情况，不仅会对产妇身体安全造成不良影响，同时还会威胁围生儿生命安全[2]。（剩余5613字）
