Abstract:ObectiveTdyhtofombideteoofeCpeptidndglycosylatdmogloboesitityndsif diagnosisidabetesmelltusMetodsFromMarch22toFebruary24,9dabetesmelituspatientsnd9ealhysubjecsishan HospitalofTraditionalChineseMedicinewereseletedastheresearchobetsandtheyweresetasthestudygoupandthecotrolgroup respectivelyTelevelsofruCpeptideandyosylatedmoglobnereeteedTevelsofruC-peptidandlyosylaedglobn werecomparedtwntoupsdetiotedaosticfacofingestdoidsteopedls levelofserumCpeptideinthestudygroupaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgrouphilethelevelofHAlcashigerthanthatintheotrol group( P< O.05).TherewasnosignificantdiferenceinthedetectionrateofdiabetesbetwensingleHbAlcandsingleserumCpeptide( P> 0.05). The detection rate of combined diagnosisof diabetesmelituswas higher than that of single test( P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the diagnostic efficacy between single HbAlc and single serum C-peptide test ( P> 0.05).Compared with the single test,the sensitivity and accuracy of the combined test were higher P<0.05) .Conclusion Serum C-peptidecombined with glycated hemoglobindetection hasahighapplication value in the clinicaldiagoslioseldef basis forthetreatmentofclinicians,helpspatientsecover,improvessymptoms,anddelaystheoccurreneofomplications.
