Practical and pathways for cultivating comprehensive competencies in graduate internships of aquatic animal medicine under industry-education integration

Abstract:Deepening the integration of industry and education serves as a core pathway to enhancing the quality of applied talent cultivation in higher education institutions. Taking the graduation internships of aquatic animal medicine students in industry一university-research collaboration enterprises as an example,this study elaborates on the content and process of cultivating students comprehensive competencies—including professional knowledge and skills， problem一solving abilities,industry insights，and professional ethics—under the framework of industry一education integration through well -designed arrangements. It systematically analyzes the setting of internship objectives，the construction of content module，the management of implementation processes，and the efectiveness of comprehensive competency development. The research aims to provide replicable practical experience for deepening industry一education integration and optimizing internship models in aquatic一related disciplines.

随着水产养殖产业向集约化、生态化和智能化转型[1]，用人单位更加倾向于选择掌握水生动物临床医学知识和技能的应用型人才，这对水生动物医学专业人才的综合实践能力与创新能力培养提出了更新、更高的要求[2-3]，传统的“重理论、轻实践”培养模式已难以满足产业发展的需求。（剩余5464字）
